members getting a 404 error page

hello

a member on my site contacted me today she was saying that sometimes she was able to log in and then sometimes she wasnt able too she was getting a 404 error page come up i have contacted my host and they said that everything was ok on there side and told me it could be a script problem
just wondering what could be causing this problem
i use vbulletin 3.7 and photopost as well

well ask your member what the url is when she gets that 404 error as we would need to know what that is to give a response.
