Showing the direct link of uploaded image

Hi,
I have a problem with showing the direct link of the uploaded image.

The setting for the medium picture size is as below :

Trigger medium graphic height and width : 720

But as you can see from below example, when you upload a bigger size picture, it doesnt show the original uploaded picture link. I beleive, Direct Link should show the original uploaded picture. But it give me medium size picture code.

So how can i make it show the original uploaded picture in Direct Link section ?

Actually those links are designed to show the medium images not large images. So you can not do as you wish without some type of code alteration.

So isnt it possible to show the original uploaded image ?

Its quite important for me. Some users post the HD movies screenshots to my gallery and they use the image links in forums. So sometime they have to use the direct link of the image. And if the direct link show 720px (width) instead of 1280px or 1920px, it will cause some serious problems.

Do you mind if i ask for an advise about code alteration ?

Have you tried not using the lightbox and showpopup options so the large opens in the photopost page?
