Moving Photos in private Albums

how can i move single existing photos into private albums?

If you edit the photo you should be able to move the photo into a private album with the category box.

OK, when my users click "change foto" (i hope thats the translation from german "Foto ändern" in english) they cannot change the album. My admin user can change it. Where do i set the rights to allow to move fotos?

I think you mean EDIT PHOTO

You can in Admin => Admin Options set that users can move/delete photos and they will be allowed to move a photo.
