PHPBB/PhotoPost Login Sync

We have recently started experiencing login problems between PhotoPost and PHPBB. Previously users logged into one would be automatially logged into the other. Now this is intermittentat best.

I have tried the "Refresh user groups from Forum Software" link and that did not fix it. We have not made any other signifiant changes that I can think of.

Anything else I can try?

Cookies and Login Problems!!

I would try this thread as it usually always comes down to the cookies not being the same in both products.

Ok I have done this. It seems to work for a period of time (minutes). Then after a few minutes you will suddenly be logged out of PhotoPost. Is there something else I need to do?

Here are my Cookie Settings:

Photopost:
Cookie Path: /
Cookie Prefix: phpbb2mysql2
Cookie Domain: .scrapshotz.com

PHPBB
Cookie Domain: .scrapshotz.com
Cookie Name: phpbb2mysql2
Cookie Path: /

(My cookie was previosly called phpbb2mysql. I renamed it thinking that would create a new cookie eliminating any cache issues that users were having. Renaming it hasn't resulted in any changes in behavior.)

Session length is set to 3600 seconds in PHPBB

Thanks for your help

I do not see any issues with the cookie settings above. I do not know why you would be logged out unless your cookie is timed out.
