Flash 3rd party addon?

I have upgraded my Photopost to 6.2, I want to enable flash uploads, but read I need a certain flash 3rd party addon, were do I get this addon and what is the easiest way for me to install something like this?

it is included within the software have you tried turning it on in admin upload options

When I turn it on, it doesn't work. All the code seems to be in the page for it to work, though. In my Firefox Error Console, I'm getting the following message when I click the Select Files button:
"swfu is undefined"

The flash uploader will not work for everyone and is not compatible with flash 10
