Upgrading from PP 5.21

Can you upgrade from PhotoPost Pro Version 5.21 to the latest vbGallery version? I could not locate directions for that specific upgrade.

You can not upgrade to vbgallery if your using Photopost Pro since those are two separate products. To upgrade to the latest gallery your using which is 6.2 you would download Photopost 6.2 and follow the upgrade instructions in the documentations folder.
