Suddenly unable to upload

Hi. We've been using Photopost for over a year and a half now without any issues. This week, all of a sudden, a number of users have been complaining that they are unable upload images. These images are all within the size restrictions we have in place. When they go to upload the image it says it successfully uploaded but doesn't show up. Even stranger sometimes it works? It's seems kinda of random. We haven't made any changes to anything we can think of. Can anyone suggest anything I can check (issues with mySQL, folders etc.)... any maintenance tasks that can be done... log files that can be looked at. As a note, we are integrated with phpbb forum software.

If they go to upload and it says uploaded but does not upload they are uploading a file larger than your PHP allows. Try upgrading to 6.2 with the flash uploader which bypasses this issue.
