1000000 per page?!
 

Mysteriously a default per page count of 1000000 has appeared in our page selector menu alongside the regular 15, 20, 25. How can this be deleted? Please advise.

There is that select box if you have set a category to voting not ratings.

Therefore if you want to get rid of that you must set the category back to ratings. I beleive this goes right inline with the last post I just answered in support to you as well. Doing this will take care of both of your issues.
