Upload Pending Cue - Cust Unable to Upload New Photos

One of my customers tried to upload a very large photo a couple of weeks ago - and she has not been able to upload photos since. I have, as admin, gone in and added a photo from my own hd and copied it to her album - but she states she cannot add anything.

She mentioned seeing files in a queue and asked me to delete the 3 files in the "upload pending cue" . She believes that this is the issue. I have searched and searched - but I don't find any reference to such a cue.

Where do I find this? How can I resolve this issue for her?

You can ftp to your server and go to the gallery directory. You can then delete any numeric directories under uploads folder in photopost directory to clear any que's.

Photos won't upload

that would always go inline with this as well
