moving server hardware to new ip address

when physically moving my servers to a new cage with a new ip address, what files do i need to change the ip address in and what all do i need to do?

do i just edit the ip address in the admin control panel under CONFIG-INC.PHP Variables and i'm done?

thanks for your valuable time.

well if you are moving your server and domain name you should simply just have to edit the config files and global and storage paths to the new server paths on the new server not IP. The only time you would place an IP anywhere is in your global options for the url etc if your domain name is not transferred over.
