Same Photos is different Categories

If I want to Place the same photo in multiply Categories in my photopost. Do I have to upload the same photo over and over or is there a way to set it up to be in different Categories. I could not find a multiply category button.

Example:

I have photos and letters or WWII people I want to place everything under the Soldier's Name Category but also have his photo in a WWII Soldier's Photo Category and his letters in a WWII letters Category.

In upload options in admin set yes to the additional categories option and you can select additional categories to assign to when uploading.
