404 on login with vb3 integration

I have searched and tried both the footer vars replacements in header-inc.php and double checked the forum URL in both vBulletin and Photopost. When I have vb3 integration enabled, the links in the menubar are wrong...they go to photopost/filename.php instead of forum/filename.php. I get the 404 error on login if I try to log in via the gallery, but everything works fine when I log in through the Forum. I've searched their forums as well as this one and tried everything I've found, but just can't get those links to change without disabling the vb3 integration...so I know, it could be a vB problem as easily as a pp problem, but I'm hoping you can look at it and give me some help.

Please help me figure this out, I have really done my homework and tried my hardest to find a solution, but I am at my wit's end.

Thanks!

Is your forum url filled out in vbulletin admin options? As the code shows below we get your vb url from your vb admin and prefix all scripts

Now do things work if you turn your forum on?

Like for example this issue could be because your using relative links to the standard error template in vb

None of your replacements are being done
