MAke all thumbs same size? Admin thumbs are bigger.

I can not see to figure out how to make al lthe thumbs the same size.
The tumbnails I upload are always bigger than the pics the other membrs.

THUMBNAILS are always one size so not sure what you mean here by this as thats a global setting

You can use the "Use uniform thumbnail feature?" in the admin area under upload options.

I set that setting to Yes, and saved bu the random images are stil lshowing up in different sizes for different users..

WIll it only change future uploads?

Suggestions?

If you changed your thumbnail size after users uploaded photos and then you uploaded sure they will be bigger. In admin scan database you can select to rebuild all thumbs and that will rebuild the ones made after your change.

How about for images made before the change?
I have done everything suggersted, yet still, the images on in the random images section are coming in different sizes. Mine are huge ompared to the registered members.

If you do as I posted all thumbnails would be rebuilt to the size in upload options which you have set to 150
