Large Uncompressed Image

I am trying to make it so that when people upload their image is not compressed at all but they still have the option to link to a medium image like they can at present. Is there any way to do this?

Just so this is a bit more clear I have up'ed the quality and the size so now it doesnt compress images and keeps the medium image large but obviouly now to embed the medium image using the img code it is a very large image, is there a way to have both a large high quality image and a medium sized one? Possibly so the medium image is pressed and the large image pops up

There are only 3 sizes the large image medium and the thumbnail so the links all use medium images not large so your fine there. you can use the bigpopup window or lightbox option to show the large if you choose.
