Top Posters count wrong

hi, my member has uploaded a few hundred pictures, and since then his count under the "top posters" pal that i have enabled shows his count the same and it is not changing.

how to fix this problem so that the members post count is updated on the top posters pal?

Are you viewing the cached features. Try in Admin => Global Options setting the category cache to timeout 0 and turn off the category cache and see if things update for you.

sorry for long delay, chuck i have category cahce to 0 already and my category cachse is turned off also , still not update any other thoughts how to fix this? they are not updating at all anymore any of them

ok i had tested a member thats listed on the top posters stats "hitsfromthebong" user, and i uploaded some pictures under that name and the count updated instantly

but for this user: rsakens you see on the top posters stats on the main gallery page located here:

gallery main.

on the left hand side, it shows count of 1793

this user just uploaded pictures today (you can see them on the right side)

but his post count is not updating ,for some reason im not sure if its an isolated issue or what can be done
