Problem When Uploading album

I transfered my vbulletin to a new server I got. I fixed all the problems I had the past 3 days but now when I try to upload I get the following error messages.

Warning: getimagesize([path]/gallery/data/508/0oir2008v8_11831.JPG) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/gallery/image-inc.php on line 108

Warning: unlink([path]/gallery/data/508/0oir2008v8_11831.JPG) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in [path]/gallery/image-inc.php on line 120

By the way...Only 10 photos out of the 140 images get uploaded

That error looks like your uploads/1 directory is not set to 777 permissions. You have verified also that safe mode is off?
