Path for bulk upload

I'm curious about the bulk upload feature provided in the last section of the photo upload page, "Files should already be in".

My PhotoPost Pro installation has been automatically creating folders in the "/path/to/uploads" directory. It started with 1, then added 2, now I have 3, 5, and 8. The only upload directory that I can use to bulk upload is the last one that the program created (and is defaulted path in the "Files should already be in" area). If I try and use any other directory, my PhotoPost Pro doesn't recognize the photos. I'm curious why this is.

And, because I currently have 3 administrators who upload photos regularly (I don't use members galleries), I'd like to have 3 directories in that uploads directory, each one named after the administrators that will use them.

Is this possible?

The uploads directory is set to each users numeric userid so that already happens. The bulkupload feature your speaking of means you have already ftp'd photos into another directory and you can place that path in the box and hit the skipupload checkbox to process files in that directory.
