How to Include alt tag in options we get below showphoto urls ?

Linked Medium:
Medium Image:
HTML code:
Direct link

The only one which could possibly have an alt tag would be html the others alt has nothing to do with since bbcode img tag does not support that and the direct link as well is not html. alt tags are only for html

you would have to edit your showphoto.php file directly and in the html link add alt tag html
