Where in CSS is font color change for header?

I just started setting up today and can't find any documentation that identifies all the tags, etc. for each layout. Is there something like that? If so, where is it?

Do you run firefox by any chance? If so, there is a web developer toolbar you can get that helps out with all the css edits..

Yes that works otherwise our styles are pretty simplistic to figure out. feel free to ask any questions
