backup question

if i just download my files of photopost from my ftp client to me computer is that classed as a backup???

so for example if i change host that means all i have to do is put that back in my ftp and my website should showup?????

sorry that is incorrect.

You need to backup all your files sure thats half the job

You also need to make sure in your hosting control panel you also backup your database

If you have a database backup and the files then you have a complete backup.

so i backed up the one in my host cp now i go to y ftp client and just download all those files right?????

Backup the database yes and backup your photopost directory via ftp yes.
