1) how can i see who voted in showphoto.php , as far as now only in phpmyadmin i can see

2) how do i make the photopost copyright target_blank

You can not see who voted anywhere. How many votes are shown on showgallery but not who voted

You can ask copyright questions to support at photopost dot com we can not answer that in a public forum but you would need to add that target link in the link
