How do I upload only a portion of photos on current site to a new site?

We are about to move our website, and photos/ads from Photopost Pro and Photopost Classifieds, to a new server. In January, we moved the data as of that time to the new server, along with the Photopost apps.

What is the simplest way to move the new photos and ads from the old site to the new site, i.e. how do we move just the photos/ads that have been updated/uploaded within the past 7 months?

I am a novice user and I had a database pro do the move in January.

the best way for changing servers is to use the automatic transfer account in WHM

The only way to do that would be to on the old server purge all photos over 7 months in admin and then backup that sites data and database and then move it to the new server and follow the how to move servers thread in the how do I forum.
