Current photo linked to next image

Is it anyway to make the current image that is showing, clickable to make it go to the next image without using the arrows?

No sorry there is no option for that. The image would be clickable if there is a large image to show if you use mediums aside from that it is not clickable and the prev next arrows are used to navigate.

Would an edit somewhere allow this? Or would it be something major to change around for it to work?

You could probally code something up if you did not use medium images but with mediums it would be alot more complex for sure.
