| Another Lightbox Question
Ive uploaded to Photopost pro 6.1.
My settings are
Use popup window for BIG images? = Yes
Use lightbox integration? = Yes
Width to trigger lightbox integration (if enabled)? = 1000
Height to trigger lightbox integration (if enabled)? = 1000
No pictures open with Lightbox, yet on my forums, lightbox works just fine.
All i get is the picture opening in a new window ( full size )
Ive searched high and low, and have tried many options but to no avail.
Any ideas what else i can try ?
regards

Try raising your lightbox settings as right now you have it set that only images with a width or height less than 1000 will use lightbox everything else will use bigpopup so I assume your images are larger than those triggers.

Thanks for the reply
I have changed the size settings many times, in excess of 6000 as a test.
I have many images which are a lot smaller, and as mentioned, all images open in its own window, lightbox simply refuses to "kick in"
My photopost directory if you care to take a look is: Main Index - THG Photo Gallery |

You sure your files are all default files in the photopost?
If you turn off the vb3enhanced integration does lightbox work?

Default files in Photopost?
All my files are uploaded the normal way, and have been since i purchased my first version of photopost.
Ive turned Vb3enhanced integration off, as suggested in previous posts, and still no joy.
( turning integration off, messes the page display, and hasnever been disabled )

I will need to ask the developer if he has seen anything like this. There appears to be nothing wrong with your photopost code. Frangipani_Flowers - THG Photo Gallery
Your lightbox code just does not run at all on your server. This is the actual support link for Lightbox on their site Lightbox JS
I do not see anything off hand that would solve your issue.

Yes weird indeed if you look at our page it is coded exactly as they specify and this is the first time I have seen this pink tube anemone - ReefTalk Gallery
The code does indeed work so there has to be some java issue it would appear.

Ive tried everything i can think of to get lightbox working withing photopost, to no avail.
Ive now posted on the lightbox support site, for any help.
In the mean time, is there a way i can disable large images from popping up. I realise the option : Use popup window for BIG images? can be turned off, but images then load up with in the galley page.
How i can i completley disable large images from opening.

You can not. You must use the bigpopup window or not. You can turn lightbox on of off as needed as well.
Posting on lightbox support is probally best since they would be the ones to provide support for their code. As you can see if you view the source of your page we code lightbox into Photopost the same way they say. We include a css file a js file and then simply the link tags have rel=lightbox and that means lightbox should work but not on your site for some reason. Lightbox JS |

Sorry to harp on about this subject, but could this be related to the headerinclude?
I see many reference to it, but cannot see any entrys for lightbox in my styles headerinclude.
Also, in photopost admincp the entry to "my Full path to Header Include file" is blank.
Sorry if this is completely irrelevent, but im exploring all options
UPDATE
Wow. Ive done it.
i added
<script type="text/javascript" src=lightbox. js"></script>
to my header, and its working
Yehaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

We already include the lightbox. js to the head tags area which is weird so now you have it on your page twice Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
It is indeed on your page but whatever works.
