How to remove extra info

On my index-page, the newest pictures are shown with both the author, name and the category underneath. How can I "clean" this up? I only want the name of the photos to be shown.

You would edit feature template and remove this code

Does this only append to new pictures? Nothing happened when I did that change.

This is for the images blocks on the index and if you remove what I noted then it will not be displayed. You sure you edited the correct template?

I did the change in the file called "feature.tmpl" inside the templates folder.

Okay well if your using vb3 integration you edit the feature template inside the templates/vb3enhanced folder

If you made the template modification the info should not appear.

That did the trick. May I suggest to make this optional in the Administration Menu?

And to change the amount of characters that are visible in the picture names (on the index page), does this require another template change? Should be optional as well, if you ask me
