Upload photo 2mb higher error

For some reason, if members upload photo more than 2MB got an error saying something about the memmory. If there a way i can adjust the increase mb of photo storage? My php setting on the server is already set to allow upload 40MB max. I login to photopost administration but cannot find any option to increase. I only see multimedia increase. The rest light hight and width.

Thanks,
Tim

You would need to increase your PHP memory or maybe use this in our global file

Upload and then things go blank

Thanks Chuck. Do you mean the file call global.php in my root folder? I saw a line that say something about a memory.

memory=8mb so I changed to 16mb. I am not sure if this the file but I will try upload it.

Okay well was not sure when you started talking about a global.php file

You would edit your pp-inc.php file in photopost and place the ini_set line.
