would setting a quota ...
Would setting a quota after the fact delete images form users who have exceeded the quota?
I need to set a new disk space quota but do not want to delete images.

Setting a diskspace requirement would not delete any users photos just keep them from uploading more. Now setting a category max photo option will delete the oldest photos in a category.
