this is the message i have tried to put the file size limits up but it wont work

Uploaded file not found
Typical reason is that the file exceeded allowed limits.

That is usually the a message when the server drops a file.

what is the size of the file. Make sure all limits under edit usergroups are 0 for unlimited.

You can not upload a file over 2mb in php unless your php is altered to allow larger files. A default php install on the server is limited to 2mb as noted in your PHPINFO in admin of the product.

well I beleive you have some configuration issues

jpg,jpeg,gif,giff,GIF,GIFF
mpeg,mpg,avi,asf,wmv,mov

You need to remove ,gif, giff from the multimedia allowable types and under allowable image types remove ,giff,GIF,GIFF gif should be all you need

Not a problem the application could not tell what type of file it was because you had it under both.
