| how to email all members
This is going to be a super stupid question but I can't figure out how to send email to all members. I have looked through everything in the Admin's panel but this feature is not obvious. I use Photo Sharing Gallery. Thanks in advance for any help from anyone.

If your using a standalone feature there is a feature under admin edit users a link to email all users. If your using photopost integrated with a forum then you would need to see if there is such a feature in your forum since the user management is handled through your forum not photopost.

I thought I will use this thread as it is a similar kind of question. I now know how to send an email to ALL users but how do I send an email to a particular user? If I click on the Edit Users, I can see the email addresses of all the registered users but if I click on one particular email addy, it does not activate my email program .... which is Mail in a Mac. So I have to copy the email address and this is tedious. TIA.

Well I suppose if you wish you could hack the code like so on line 149 of adm-users.php find this Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
change it to this Code: Content visible to verified customers only.

Sorry for late response. Where can I find the "adm-users.php" file?

That is found in your photopost directory via your ftp client when you view your files on the server.

Thanks! It worked. I can now choose to email individual users by just clicking on their particular email addy :-)
