Quick rate email

Hi

If a member uses the quick rate feature, it automatically sends a message to the photo owner.

What file would I need to edit to stop it from sending a message?

Turn off "Use Messaging System for PhotoPost alerts/notices?" under Global Options in Admin

Thanks for that, but I want all other messages to get through, I only want to stop the messages for the quick rate.
