PhotoPost Question Hello, With regards to this thread; http://www.photopost.com/forum/photo...-3-5-a-25.html So, I basically forgot to put back the $photopostfeature variable in the FORUMHOME template. However, I didn't know this until after I finished debugging. While debugging, I actually deleted a few plugins for photopost which I assumed were related to this - things like who's online process -- any way to get these back? If there isn't, I should imagine that a clean install is on the cards. However, I want to keep all current photos, which files and folders will I need to keep so I can restore the photos after a fresh install ? Thanks! |
Photopost Pro doesnt have any plugins like this - are you using vBgallery? |
Nope, I'm using PhotoPost. I've definitely deleted a few plugins for it, since it now shows "Unknown Location" when someone is viewing the gallery. |
Maybe you were using third party plug-ins because those do not come with PhotoPost Pro. |
I am not using any third party plug-ins. Check my license. I am running an unmodified version of PhotoPost. When someone is in the gallery, it shows "Unknown Location" on the online.php list. |
Is this unknown location in your vb? We cant control what vb's online script shows but there is a mod to help here http://www.photopost.com/forum/photo...etin-3-5x.html |
Yes, it is. However, before I deleted these "PhotoPost" plugins, everything worked fine. It showed that they were viewing the gallery....and that's what Photopost is meant to do, right? Ah, I think that was the hack I was using, and I deleted the plugins for it LOL -- will try now! EDIT: Yes, it was hehe -- working great, thanks! Finally, with my new style, I have a Nav Seperator image in my navbar, however, Photopost isn't picking up these new changes, thus it just looks a mess -- take a look: Message - Tech Support Team Any ideas how to fix this because I can't open my gallery like that... |
Ok, got most of it looking good: Message - Tech Support Team But the search background is not showing correctly. I've added the full image paths and still the same. Any ideas? |
Anyone? :( This is spoiling my gallery and I cannot open it until this is fixed. |
I cant see your gallery to respond here so please make your gallery viewable so I may see what your referring to as your issue. |
You don\'t need to see the gallery. The search box is in the \'header\'.... |
Message - Tech Support Team Your talking about your vb header then not something in photopost okay so whats wrong with your vb header? I click search and I get taken to this url which appears correct Tech Support Team - Search Forums |
What\'s wrong? Take a look....the search box doesn\'t align correctly. |
Your talking the top search box not the bottom one Code: Content visible to verified customers only.searchfield searchtext search-quick to say findfield findtext find-quick and then in your stylesheet in vb also rename those styleclasses there and you should be fine. |
I changed them in the \'header\' template -- but what do you mean by: Quote:
|
What I am saying is you change the names in the vb header so there will be no conflict with our autorewrite url thing and then after that go to your vb styles admin and edit that style and change the actual styleclass names to the new names also like you did in your header template in vb. |
Sorry, but what do you mean by edit the actual style? Where can I edit it? |
Your style in the vbadmin control panel. It is found under style admin and styles and templates and you view the style in question there and change the style properties under misc css classes box. |
I got into "All Style Options" -- but what exactly do I need to change in there? I\'ve changed the classes in the \'header\' template, but I\'m a little unsure on what you\'re saying for the second part. |
Well I am not a vbulletin support technician but lets try this Admincp of VBULLETIN => Styles & Templates => Styles Manager => Go to your Style => All Style Options and hit GO. Once your viewing all the style options down the bottom in the Additional CSS Definitions Box you will see those style class names as noted in my initial reply. You would change their names as you did in the header template and you should be fine. |
