What is this error

In my upload page I see a line that says images in your querie and over to the right is a number 2.
When I click on the number 2 I get this message.

Quote:
We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

Script:

Query: SELECT SUM(filesize) AS fsize FROM photos WHERE userid= AND storecat=0

Result: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND storecat=0' at line 1

Database handle: Resource id #21
I am curious how I get rid of this.

Can you redownload the PhotoPost build and upload the uploadphoto.php and bulkupload.php scripts; not sure, but I can't duplicate this and maybe it was something that was fixed already.

I did as you asked and still getting an error page when I click on the number 2 link.
I have no idea what is causing or how to fix.

I can give you admin login if needed or ftp login by email or pm.

If I login as test I get a 0 in place of a 2. Got to be something with my login name. You proably didnt see the error when logged in as test because it was a 0. Might need my login to see what is happening.

I found two jpg images in photopost/uploades/1
If I remove them I get a 0 in place of a 2. I will leave the 2 in uploads 1 untill you might figure why the error.

You can actually edit your bulkupload.php script and on that query line encapsulate the $upuserid variable but I am not sure why its empty

Code:

Chuck it has something to do with my uploads and the photopost/uploads/1 folder.
I have two jpg images in that folder and its showing 2 in that link in uploads page. When I clcik on the number 2 I get the above error.
If I remove the two jpg images from the uploads/1 folder I get a 0 in place of the 2 and when I click on the 0 I don't get the error page.

I can remove the images from the uploads 1 folder. What is that folder for...?

Also how do I encapsulate the $upuserid variable...?

Altering the query as noted should help with the error that is posted here

The folder you can delete thats your numeric uploads folder for your specific user who is uploading.

I removed the 2 jpg pictures that were in the uploads/1 folder and now I see 0 in the images in your querie.

What folder would images in your querie be in...?

In my uploads folder I am showing 315 folders and most are empty. How many should be in that upload folder. What happens if I delete all. Will photopost generate new ones if needed....?

Uploads folder will contain all the numeric uploads directories based on your users userids of each user who uploads. Therefore your uploads directory is 1 and say user kenny with say userid 297 would have a directory under uploads if he has uploaded before of 297

Photopost will generate directories as needed for users as they upload provided your uploads directory is 777 permissions.

Thanks Chuck so I can remove all those empty folders and if a a user uploads a new one will be made.
Will check permissions now on upload folder.

I found 15 folders that images were still in. guess its ok to delete those also because the user must had an image the wrong size or something is reason it didn't upload. Hope I am thinking correctly.
