Add specific description
When we upload, it ask for a Description. Is it possible to ask for more specific information and have 4 different "description" case...

Yes, in the admin panel, click "edit categories" in the left sidebar, then edit a category. Scroll down to the Extra Text fields and enter a name for each desired field.
