6.1 disable RSS feeds?

Hi...

Just had to remove 13,000 "rss.php?type=rss2.1" files with various names from my server roots... i have disabled my rss feed on the front page and checked my vB crons etc...it's still generating these files from photopost (i think) please advise...cheers

found a server cron and deleted files, that solved that problem

Not a problem dont know why your server would create all those temp storage files. Viewing your rss script should be the same as viewing any other script on the server. You might want to ask your host about that.

Also there is no rss.php script within our application so this is not coming from our install unless you have some kind of hack. Our rss script is external.php
