more characters in the photo title

When I upload photos to my Photopost I enter in a default title for the photo, however, when I view the the photo in the gallery the title only displays 20 characters and cuts off the rest. Is there a way, and if so where, for me to allow more than 20 characters to be displayed on the photo title in the gallery?

Please post where you mean? There are many areas where we truncate display of certain things for display purposes so it does not break the page display. Viewing the actual photo you will see the whole title description.

Ok, for instance:

This is my Gallery. From here you can clearly see that the titles underneath the pictures are cut off. Even though, like you said, when you click on a photo you can see the whole title. What I want to do is expand the title in the gallery not the individual picture.

well you can expand that title but then again it could break your page and cause a scroll which is why a full title is not shown there

You can edit pp-inc.php line 1214 and change the 20 to a higher number if you wish

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

Is this still the way to do this? I made the changes and it seems to work fine, but if there is a better way to do it, I'd love to hear it.
