Adding to showphoto.php title?

Is there a way that I can add information next to the title in showphoto.php ?

Presently when displaying a large photo I see the title that I had used for the picture in the page title and the name of my site. I'd like to be able to add either the description or maybe even a custom field if that's possible. I played around with vbgallery a little and saw that the description is added to the page title, I'd like to do the same in PP pro.

This in showphoto.php determines whether we show the title or image name in the browser. You could change that to $desc
