Editing the Membership page

Chuck how do I edit the membership page to allow a 3rd party billing company like CC Bill to insert a htacess file into the members area? I want to charge per month to allow members to access the members area. This would include members how have already joined under the free membership are now required to supply a credit card. Once the credit card has been process they you have accesst to the members area to view photos and videos plus send and receive email.

I really cant tell you I am not familiar with ccbills policies or requirements. If they lock down a directory then you should not have to modify anything just lock down the directory unless they have a ccbill id

Now there is a product called amember from amember.com that does this and actually creates the userid in photopost with a plugin they have so you might want to look at them also.
