Search Stopped Working -- Best Way to Troubleshoot?
When we upgraded a month or so ago, the search function in PhotoPost ceased working. Everything else seems to work fine. What would be the best way of troubleshooting this? I made a couple of template modifications (not related to searching), but I understand this means I may not be able to get technical support. Should I install the software, without modifications, in a new directory, link it up to the database, and see if the problem persists. Any suggestions would greatly appreciated.
