Search and redirection

Whenever I go here:

http://www.experiencefestival.com/fo...s%20University

It takes me to a redirect page, then takes me to a search page with a special ID number. Is it possible to by pass that and make sure the URL doesn't change?

No sorry your first is the actual keywords in the url and the second is the actual results

No you can not sorry they are two different things one is the search and the next is the results.
