choose Album subcategory immediately

Is there any option, that a user when he creates an album, has immediately the option to assign his album as a subcategory (in the same page as he chooses Album Name, Album Description and Is Album Private)?

Something like this is the picture

If you in edit usergroups allow users to assign albums to categories then once you create an album and are on the edit album page you can select to assign an album to a category.

I didn't make is clear what i am asking.

I want that users have the possibility to assign albums in the same process as they choose their name,descriptions and if album is private.

I inserted this ode in alb-addalb.tmpl:

But the $catoptions (cattegories) are not showing right.
Do you have any idea?

Basically you can ask mod questions in THE MOD CORNER which is outside product support. The script is supported as it has been written and this option is on the next step not the initial step.
