Changing the name of existing link items in menu

I'd like to change the name of the Home link item to Gallery Home or just Gallery and add a Home link to the Main site Home page. Which file contains the menu settings? Do you recommend doing this or is there a better way?

You can edit the language string in the languages folder your language file probally english.php unless your using another language.

I was going to post that I found it but I see you work on Sundays as well. Do you take a day off?

Yes I do take a day off here or there but most days even when I dont really work I do check in periodically throughout the day.
