I encountered this error while uploading a file, Any idea why??

Yep easy one. You either have the wrong path to mogrify on your server entered in admin edit config or do not have it installed on the server. Either place the proper full path to mogrify on your server in your settings or change your processor to GD2 under admin global options and try uploading.

once again thanks chuck. Do i have to delete any files beside the install.php to make sure its secure?

last but not least how 1 allow user to copy link of the image or [img] codes for the users?

Yes delete install and upgrade files

You can in admin show photo options select to allow ubbcode direct code or html code links on showphoto.

I've selected this option to yes

"Show html code to display photos?
Do you want to show the img src html tag for a photo?"

but still doesn't show the tags?

You must set ubbcode to yes as that is the master switch
