Cookie problem with photo details expand/collapse?

Once anyone on my site clicks the collapse photo details, it permanently stays that way when they look at new pictures, even if they've expanded it back on any photo. Whenever they load a new one, it's collapsed.

I need to fix this.

Please post a link to your site here and a regular test user login to test this. I have tried on our site my site and a few other sites and see no issues here with this functionality.

I do not seem to have any issues with this functionality on your site. Maybe some more people can try here.
