Heading colour

Here's i attach 2 file :
1. fromthis.jpg
2. tothis.jpg

what i want ti do is i want wallpaper collection at fromthis.jpg will be in same colours like PhotoPost Community at tothis.jpg (blue for background + white for content). Where can i set it up?

just figured it.
set it uo in "edit category" section.

Okay glad you found out how to do what you want. Yeah top level categories that do not contain images can show that category bar.
