PHP Timeout Issue

I have a number of user who are having problems uploading multiple images and extended photo descriptions as they are being timed out.

Is it possible to adjust php timeout so it can be increased and if so how do I do it?

File size is not the problem here.

I would think this is a memory issue not timeout. You can try this first

Just to let you know Chuck. Your advice was spot on. Made the changes the same day and since then users report everything running okay
