If you don't choose forum style layout for the index...

What does it look like? I don't have one that I can switch to see and have a client that would prefer thumbnails of categories rather than the forum style listing...is that doable?

It would look something like this not exact though as I beleive Michael has modified his a little bit but you can switch to that display in admin index options and see if you like it and if not go back.

I know I could check it that way, but I don't have one I can do that with, unfortunately. This helps alot, though, I'll pass it on, thanks.

Well, I had one and sold the license with a site, so I don't own it anymore. I do customization/skinning for sites now, that's why I need information. I thought you verified periodically and was actually surprised I could still access the forum, but then I thought, how do other people who install and customize it get answers to their questions? I can't go buy a license just to be able to troubleshoot for other people. What do other people in my situation do?

well our licenses are not transferable so thats why your probally still verified.

People who do not own licenses can not access support or seek support so the only reason you can is that you are still a license holder. Something the person whom you sold your site too will find out if they read the photopost license.

Actually, she has let the site go so the gallery there is not active, may not even be installed. You know, it's been so long, maybe I knew that, I'm sure I did my homework before I sold her the site. I don't recall her having to buy a license, but I honestly can't remember. So, if that old install on that old domain is gone (and I mean really gone as in if you go there, it doesn't exist), does that mean I can install it on another site of mine?

Okay, I don't have the e-mail that I used for the purchase, either...how do I get my numbers and such? I can't request it via e-mail because that domain is dead so I couldn't get it through that address...

Thanks!

Okay, I changed my e-mail attached to this forum and requested the information with the old e-mail address, but haven't received anything, yet...is it automatic or is it something that could take a while? Not that I mind waiting, but if it is automatic, something isn't working right for me.
