Ho to show random image block on home page

I want to show a random images block on my index.html page and not in the forum or Photopost.

How do I do this?

Similiar to http://www.pngbd.com

There are random photo blocks you can show linked in THE MOD CORNER which is where you would find code outside the support of the default product to do something like this but you may want to create yourself a functional php index file instead of php so you can include php content there. Feel free to post a code modification thread in that section of our site.
