Restricting Certain Usergroups From Downloads?

I am running the latest version of Photopost with the latest version of vBulletin.

I have a category set up to be just screensavers which consist of .zip files. Is there anyway to restrict access to downloading these files to just registered users.

I've played with the settings, but the best I can do is restrict access to prevent unregistered users from accessing. However the problem is that the category doesn't even show up if you're an unregistered user.

I want unregistered users to be able to see the category and see the screensavers available, but prevent them from downloading them until they register.

Is this possible?

You can set that unregistered viewers can see the images in edit categories then in registration options in photopost admin set the option that they need to be registered to see images to yes that should do what you want it to do then.

What you described above works globally and not on just one category. I only want that to happen to the Screensaver category.

yeah the option I note is global there is no per category thing you can only elect to not view the category or view it as thats a category setting.
