In your header correct your image link to a full url instead of a relative link so it can be found. I have placed the code in bold so you understand what I mean here.
I changed the path of the "Full path to Header Include file" to "http://www.worldfamousgallery.com/Logo.gif" however now the logo is not showing up at all?

Hello in global options you place the server path to the header file. In my reply I meant that you need to edit your header and correct that relative url to your login in the actual header code. It looks to me like your header is just one line and you would correct that relative logo link to a full url in there.
