Allow members to delete/move their own photos?

I just can't find this! I've searched the forum here for something on where it is, it isn't under usergroups...where is it? I'm running 6.01.

In admin => edit usergroups users must have permission to edit their photos first off. Then in admin =>Admin Options you set users to be able to move/delete their images. They then can hit the edit photo link when viewing their photo and when editing the photo they will see the move cat box and delete checkbox.
